1. How does our free express shipping work and how long does it take?
All our products come with Free Express Post Shipping Australia Wide! Here’s how it works:

Next Business Day Delivery: For addresses within the Express Post network, your parcel will usually arrive the next business day. This applies to major cities and most regional areas across Australia.

Delivery Outside the Network: If your destination is outside the Express Post network, delivery may take 2-3 business days.
How it works:
- Your order will be sent out using Australia Post's Express Post service at no extra cost to you.
- You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s journey every step of the way.
- Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, but for next-day delivery, please make sure to place your order before 1pm

3.Why don't you accept card payment or paypal?
Unfortunately tobacco is extremely difficult to secure card payment options as it classified as a adult industry/high risk business. Therefore it has very high fees for both us and the customer. Also companies such as Paypal do not offer such services for tobacco or cigarette businesses not even tobacco accessories. Therefore limiting us to Direct Bank Deposit.
4.What cigarette brands do you stock?
We stock internationally renowned brands such as Davidoff, Marlboro, Double Happiness, Lambert and Butler, Dunhill, Manchester, Esse and etc. So you can rest assured when shopping with us, you will receive nothing but high quality genuine products. We also work vigilantly to constantly increase our range of products that we can offer to you including tobacco accessories.
5.Do you do refunds or exchange?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sealed items (including cigarette packs, tobacco, and similar products). This is because these items are sourced directly from reputable manufacturers, and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once the seal has been broken.
However, RYO (Roll-Your-Own) tobacco is an exception. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll be happy to assist with a refund or exchange.
